Shipping and returns
Shipping
Tracked shipping worldwide on all physical products. Each product ships from the supplier closest to you: costs and times depend on the product and the destination country and are calculated at checkout, before you pay. Indicative rates by area (in euro, shown in your currency at checkout): Europe from €5.99, United Kingdom from €5.99, USA and Mexico from €4.99, Canada from €5.99, Australia and New Zealand from €5.99, Brazil from €5.99, Japan from €6.99, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland from €11.99, rest of the world from €6.99. If a product cannot be shipped to your country, it is not shown.
Delivery times. Orders are processed in 1-3 working days. The total estimated delivery time (processing plus transit) is typically 7-15 working days in most destinations; the exact estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. Digital guides are downloaded immediately as PDF after purchase.
For NFC cards and tags, enter your venue name and city in the field on the product page: the card ships already programmed. If you have not done so, write to BoostWiFi Support on WhatsApp after purchase.
Returns and refunds
14 days to change your mind on non-customized products. Write to BoostWiFi Support within 14 days of delivery, on WhatsApp at +39 351 417 2443 or by email at Support.boostwifi@gmail.com, and we will tell you how to proceed. You then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. If the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
Defective or non-working product? Report it within 14 days of delivery for the fastest handling, with a photo or a short video: we replace it free of charge or refund you, as you prefer. Your legal rights under the statutory warranty remain unaffected.
Products made or programmed on request (with your link, logo or text) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, but remain covered by the warranty on defects.
Refunds are made to the same payment method as the order, usually within 5-10 working days of approval and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of our approval of a defect claim.
